This project renovated 214 Arsenal St., Watertown, MA from an empty tenant shell to an optometrist office and retail store, Gaze Optical. The interior renovation included a concrete slab, MEFP modifications, walls and ceilings, doors, flooring, painting, and millwork. The architect was Joe the Architect of Medford, MA. Project completed in January 2022 in 4 months.
