The Mindful Mutt project starts with a former karaoke bar space. Starting from scratch, we are removing interior partitions and flooring allowing for a complete reformation resulting in a custom-designed space optimized for the day-to-day operations of a doggy daycare.

Retail space built-out into fully-compliant retail cannabis facilities meeting all rules and regulations imposed by state and local regulating authorities.
The spaces are designed and built with a client-centered approach intended to maximize the efficacy of the space while maintaining the aesthetic and design goals of the client.

The Redi Dispensary project was a top-to-bottom renovation of a former restaurant to fully-compliant cannabis dispensary. In addition to a complete interior renovation, this project includes a new parking lot and municipal sidewalks.
