This project remodeled an existing restaurant space into a fun and casual Asian-fusion restaurant, Mimi’s Chuka Diner. Located inside of the Aeronaut Brewery Food Hall, this project included walls and ceilings, custom millwork and upholstery, signage, epoxy flooring, tile, a custom stainless backsplash, plumbing, and electrical work. The project was completed in 4 months in the summer of 2024.
