This project renovated 24 Elliot St., Newton, MA from a salon and restaurant into a retail cannabis dispensary, Redi. The project included complete sitework restoration including new drainage, utilities, sidewalks, and parking. The interior renovation included new MEFPs, walls and ceilings, doors, floor polishing, painting, and security. Flock also contracted and managed the MEP engineering. The architect was Caveney Architectural Collaborative of Lowell, MA. Project completed in April 2021 in 8 months (summer sitework, winter interior renovation)
