This project renovated three existing tenant spaces in a mall in Pepperell, MA into a dispensary. Theis design-build interior renovation included MEFPs, walls and ceilings, doors, electrical and fire alarm, epoxy flooring, paint, millwork, custom lighting, and security. Flock also contracted and managed the civil and MEP engineering. The architect was Fishbrook Design Group of Haverhill, MA. Project was completed in October, 2022 in 6 months (spring engineering and demo, summer construction and sitework). Flock has completed three dispensaries for this fabulous client, Treehouse Craft Cannabis.
